Insights into Time Frame Based Targeting Feature

Time Frame feature in Adobe Target allows you to target visitors at a specific time period. You can add simply the start and end dates as well as times to track the users who visit your site during a specific time frame. We can also set Week and Day Parting options to create recurring patterns for audience targeting.
 
  • Overall it can be used to display call center number / "chat now" during support hours of weekdays.​
  • You can also combine it with other audiences to show specific content for a limited time in a day.
Use Case

The following use case simulates Time Frame feature:

  • Please load the page (https://experience-digital-lab.onemarketinguxp.com/en_GB/ec-use-cases/experiences/time-frame-targeting.html) during weekdays (9:00 am to 5:00 pm CET)
  • Please check the Header section - You will find an unique tile saying ‘ECS Team Help Center’
  • Please check the Footer section - Call us – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (weekdays only)
