The Portal provides information services (hereinafter: Allianz information services) that are provided by Allianz SE and the Allianz Group companies (hereinafter: Allianz Group), the use of which is subject to the following terms.
By accessing the Allianz information services and using their content, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the following terms of use and agree to be bound by them. Please do not use the Portal if you do not agree with these terms of use.

As used below, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Allianz Group.
The Allianz information services are available for information purposes only.
We endeavor to ensure that all content provided by the Allianz information services is up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that said information is up-to-date, accurate or complete.
All content of the Allianz information services is protected by copyright with all rights reserved. All rights to the pages, site content and design are owned by the Allianz Group or 3rd Parties. Content, marks and designations, provided via the Portal are for Allianz-internal use only. Apart from that you are prohibited from creating derivative works or using any content for any purpose (including publishing on social media) without the prior written approval of the Allianz Group.
The trademarks, service marks and logos ("Marks") appearing in the Allianz information services are the property of the Allianz SE or 3rd Parties. You are prohibited from using these Marks without the prior written consent of Allianz or the respective 3rd Party.

All content of the Allianz information services, including, but not limited to, graphics, text and hyperlinks or references to other sites, is subject to alteration without prior notice and is provided on an “as is” basis and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, non-infringement and freedom of rights of third parties.

We do not warrant the adequacy, accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information provided by the Allianz information services and expressly disclaim any liability for errors or omissions therein. 

We do not warrant that the functions of the Allianz information services will be uninterrupted and/or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Allianz information services or the servers that make them available are free from computer viruses or other harmful components.

Certain hyperlinks or referenced websites in the Allianz information services may take you to third party websites. The content of these websites has not been investigated or analyzed by us, and we do not warrant the adequacy, accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information on hyperlinked or referenced websites and disclaim any liability for any and all of their content. Any hyperlinks to other websites are offered for your convenience only and imply neither that we endorse such websites or products or services that are described there as our own, nor that we approve or deem the content to be correct.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to, or remove sections of these terms of use at any time.
Any action arising out of these terms of the website shall be litigated in, and only in, courts located in Munich, Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.
